The Lakefield Horticultural Society hosting its annual flower show Thursday August 2nd at the Scout building in Lakefield.
Guests are invited to come and enjoy the proliferation of blooms on display and also witness the friendly competition between members for ribbons and trophies.
There is no admission charge and non-members are encouraged to attend!
Thursday is also the day of the Lakefield Farmer’s Market so make a day of it! Check out the floral display between 9am and 3pm at the Scout building which is on the waterfront next to the marina behind the community centre and then visit the Farmer’s Market to pick up your fresh produce for the weekend.
